Alex Abrahams BDS (Syd Uni), AIMM

Executive Director, Strategy and Business Development. Alex has overseen the development of the company from a group of partnerships to an incorporated entity on 01/01/03. He has a passion for clinical dentistry and also business development as it applies to the delivery to the public in a more dynamic way.

Simon Rutherford B.Comm, CA, FAICD

 Non-executive Director, appointed 2003. Simon is a chartered accountant who specializes in mergers and acquisitions. He brings in-depth knowledge of corporate governance, financial and tax strategy and operational management. Simon sits on a number of other Boards.

Lance Wheeldon BAppSc

Non-executive Director, appointed 2003. Lance is currently the CEO of a large private hospital and has extensive operational experience in the medical and diagnostic industries as he was formally a senior manager in the pathology industry. Lance has a degree in Applied Science.
