May 2005 - Pacific Smiles has acquired an existing Dental Care Centre at Forster in the Great Lakes district of the NSW mid-North Coast. Pacific Smiles Dental, Forster, will be expanded to more than twice its current size and significant investment in new equipment will take place over the next few months. Pacific Smiles Dental, Forster, will engage at least two dentists, including Dr. Damian Lloyd, who is well known to the local community.
April 2005 - Pacific Smiles is proud to announce the opening of Pacific Smiles Dental, Salamander Bay. This brand new centre with four well-equipped surgeries and digital OPG (special x-ray) opened on April 13th and was busy from day one providing services to the Port Stephens Community.

February 2005 - Pacific Smiles Group announces that it will match employee contributions to the Red Cross Tsunami Appeal. The total amount being contributed by Pacific Smiles Group, including contributions by employees and dentists, is $2000.
January 2005 - Pacific Smiles Group announces a new Pacific Smiles Dental Care Centre to be opened in April 2005. The Pacific Smiles Dental Care Centre, Salamander Bay, will feature four surgeries, digital OPG, proprietary patient billing software, HICAPS, and fresh, stylish surrounds catering for both patients and dentists. It will be located on Salamander Way, one of the main roads of the peninsula, adjacent to the Salamander Shopping Centre.
