• Proprietary Bar-Code Tracking System For Sterilisation - All Dental Care Centres operated by Pacific Smiles Group have a proprietary bar-code tracking system to record the sterilisation results for every single sterilized item against every single patient. This means that the Dentists cannot use an instrument or item in your treatment unless it has a bar-code to prove that it has been through our rigorous sterilisation cycles. Our sterilizers and our systems comply with Australian Standards.
• Digital OPG - All Dental Care Centres operated by Pacific Smiles Group use digital OPG to take the special oral x-rays that assist your dentist to diagnose your required treatments. Our Digital OPG machines emit far lower levels of radiation than traditional film based OPG machines, which is much healthier for our patients.
• Easy & Safe Access - Most Dental Care Centres operated by Pacific Smiles Group are located with ground floor access to assist less mobile patients. Where Dental Care Centres are located on levels other than ground, we ensure that they have easy lift access so there are no stairs to climb.
• Professional Management - Dental Care Centres operated by Pacific Smiles Group are managed by professional managers whose entire focus is on the efficient and effective running of the Dental Care Centre. This means that the dentists are not distracted by management issues and concerns throughout the day. They can be entirely focused on the delivery of excellent clinical treatments to their patients.
